The Pakistan Army is inviting applications from male candidates to join as Captains through the Direct Short Service Commission. DSSC 2025 Categories & Eligibility
Army Education Corps (AEC – Male)
- Qualification: MA / MSc / BS (4 years) in Islamic Studies, Arabic, Computer Science, Mathematics, Geography / GIS, History, Pakistan Studies, Library Science
Law Officer (JAG Department – Male)
- Qualification: LLB with minimum 2 years of Bar experience
Psychologist Officer (Male)
- Qualification: MSc / BS in Psychology
Veterinary Officer (RV&FC – Male)
- Qualification: DVM or MSc in a relevant field
- Registration with PVMC is mandatory
Selection & Recruitment Centres
Candidates must appear at their nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre for initial testing and assessments. Major AS&RCs are located in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Hyderabad, Multan, D.I. Khan, Muzaffarabad, Faisalabad, Khuzdar, and Pano Aqil.
