Permanent Commission (PC)
1. General Duty Pilot (GD P) – 160 Course
- Age: 16 – 22 years (as of 15 April 2026)
- Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Engg / Pre-Medical / Computer Science) or A-Level
- Marital Status: Unmarried
- Training Period: 3.5 years
- Degree Awarded: BS Aviation Management / Aerospace / Avionics
2. Aeronautical Engineering – 106 Course
- Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Engg) or equivalent with 65% marks
- Degree Awarded: BS Engineering Disciplines
3. Air Defence – 116 Course
4. Admin & Special Duties – 35 Course
5. Logistics – 18 Course
Same qualification as GD (P), age 16 – 22 years
Short Service Commission (SSC / SPSSC)
1. GD (P) Supplementary – 5 Course
- Qualification: BSc / BS / Equivalent (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
2. Legal Branch – JAG (136 CSC SSC)
- Qualification: LLB with 60%, 2 years practice & Pakistan Bar Council registration
3. Education Branch – 136 CSC SPSSC / SSC
- Qualification: MA / MSc / MPhil in disciplines like Physics, IR, AI, Computer Science (Min 2.74 CGPA)
4. IT Branch – 136 CSC SSC
- Qualification: BS / BE / MS in Software Engg, AI, Cybersecurity, etc. (Min 2.74 CGPA)
5. Engineering – 136 CSC SPSSC
- Qualification: BE / BSc in Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical, etc. (Min CGPA: 2.5)
6. MET Branch – 136 CSC SSC
7. Accounts Branch – 136 CSC SSC
Qualifications: Relevant BS / BSc / MBA / ACCA (Min 2.74 CGPA)
