Who Can Apply For Sindh Education Foundation Jobs?
For Individuals:
- Domicile: Must have Sindh domicile
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Relaxation for remote/hard-to-reach areas)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in education/development (Relaxation applicable)
- Must not be a government/public servant
- Must not have criminal record or affiliation with banned organizations
- Must demonstrate funding to operate the school initially
Note: Individuals already operating 4 or more SEF schools are ineligible.
For Organizations:
- Must be legally registered with government authorities
- Financials: PKR 5 million turnover/net worth for each of the last 2 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in school management
- No blacklisting or links to banned groups
- No government-employed teachers as staff
Note: Existing SEF partner organizations running 4+ FAS are not eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be located at least 1 km away from any government school and 2 km from any SEF school
- Site/building must have basic infrastructure (or plan to complete within 1 year)
- Property must be free from disputes/encumbrances
